|Account Theft||How do I report an account theft?|
If an account theft is suspect, please contact us immediately by visiting our Customer Service page on www.zemigame.com.
To submit an Inquiry, click on the ''Submit an Inquiry'' button located in the right scan column
Or, click on the ''Inquiry'' tab, then scroll down to select ''Account Recovery''.
A late ticket submission may result in a delayed processing time and/or in limited compensation.
We encourage you to file a report within 15 days of the suspected date of the incident.
For a quick and accurate recovery, we require you to provide us the following information to prove your ownership.
1) IP address you used to register
2) Any transaction ID associated with the account
