1. General Rules

• This policy between Zemi Interactive Co., Ltd. (“Zemi”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and user ("user(s)") is to stipulate the terms and conditions of using Zemi game(s), service(s) and websites including; "global.4story.com", “www.travia2.com”, and "www.zemigame.com". Therefore, the Company and the users are obliged to check, confirm and follow these terms of use from time to time and also to be in strict compliance with these policies.
• User account(s) may be immediately suspended or terminated from using our service(s) upon violation of any of the following policies.
• We will notify the users of any change to these policies by posting an announcement on our website(s).

2. User’s Right

• Users may play the game(s) and enjoy the service(s) provided by Zemi.
• Users may contact Zemi to address any unresolved in-game issues, disputes and/or problems via SUPPORT / 1:1 Inquiry at www.zemigame.com
• Users may contact Zemi to send any feedback or complaints related to its games and services. Users may also contact a Game Moderator (GM) for assistance.

3. Roles and Responsibilities of the Game Moderator (GM)

• GMs will provide their best effort to ensure a pleasant gaming environment for all users when using Zemi’s games and services.
• GMs will reply and process a complaint or inquiry according to the previously determined guidelines in order to promote fairness to all users. GMs may not answer to an inquiry or an issue with possible self-help resolution and/or to any already resolved or excessive repeat complaints.
• GMs will accept and respond to users’ bug and system error reports.
• GMs will investigate all reported and observed offenses and enforce the penalties as described in the Table of Penalties in Section 11.
• GMs will not involve in any personal disputes between the users however GMs may interfere with all game-related disputes.

4. Community Policy

• All users must respect and comply the policies specified below when using Zemi’s in-game or out-of-game community feature(s) and service(s).
  1. Do not use an inappropriate language as outlined in the Terms of Service when using game chat system, website forums, and/or community boards.
  2. Do not harass an individual based on racist, sexist, anti-religion, anti-ethnic or any other hate mongering ideologies.
  3. Do not form a band, party, and/or fraternity group to promote anti-social or criminal actions.
  4. Do not spread false rumors or make a fraudulent report about the game(s) and service(s) provided to you.
  5. Do not perform any advertising/marketing activities for commercial purposes.
  6. Do not express sexually explicit, abusive, profane, obscene or racially offensive language vulgarity.
  7. Do not enter excessive repeat content when using game chat system and/or website forums, and boards.
  8. Do not distribute or exploit any system abnormality or a bug.
  9. Do not disrupt the use of the game(s) and service(s) by other users.
  10. Do not attempt to claim and/or sell the false authority over a certain territory within the game.
  11. Do not steal any in-game item that is in possession of another user.
  12. Do not impersonate GMs or any other users to cheat in the game.
• Violation of any of the above policies may result in penalties illustrated in the Table in Section 11.

5. Naming Policy

• All users must respect and comply the policies specified below when creating a name for an account, a character or a guild. Any names found in violation of the policies will be modified or removed without a prior notice.
  Do not use
  1. Names that are based on racist, sexist, anti-religion, anti-ethnic or any other hate mongering ideologies.
  2. Names that impersonate or give the impression of official Company representatives, GM's, and other Company's employees.
  3. Names that resemble or may cause confusion with GM names already in existence.
  4. Names that resemble or may cause confusion with NPC names already in existence.
  5. Names that advocate antisocial or illegal actions.
  6. Racially, ethnically or sexually harassing character names.
  7. Names that infringe or may violate third party trademarks, copyrights.
  8. Names that approximate to or resemble vulgar and/or offensive words.
  9. Names that express intentions to sell and/or trade in-game items for money.
  10. Names that advertise or promote specific focus.
  11. Names in satiric misspelling to create any of the names described above.
• All users must report any violation detected in character or guild names to a GM.
• GMs cannot modify or remove any names that are not in violation of the Naming Policies.

6. Administrative Policy

• A user account may be suspended or terminated without a prior notice in the following events.
  1. Knowingly distributing a bug to other users.
  2. Profiting from exploiting a bug or a system problem.
  3. Modifying or manipulating game client file information.
  4. Manipulating the service data using an improper path.
  5. Employing illegal software/hardware such as speed hack and BOT programs.
  6. Scheming or approaching a method to interrupt the service.
  7. Installing and accessing through unauthorized private server.
• All users must report any system error detected to a GM.
• GM will thoroughly investigate and correct all reported system errors. Any abusive user of the gaming system will be punished accordingly as illustrated in the Table of Penalties in Section 11.

7. Recovery Policy

• All items and characters inside the games are data that are stored inside the server of the Company that operates it. The Company can provide data to users upon proper request within a set period of time. The corresponding data that the user requested can only be processed if the user agreed to the terms set by the Company which is protected from copyright law.

  When a user is complaining about the ownership of a disputed account, a thorough investigation will be undertaken. Some form of compensation will be given to the affected user depending on the conclusion of the investigation. If a user received an error response during the purchase process of a cash item and failed to complete the transaction, the GM team will thoroughly investigate whether the corresponding condition is subjected for compensation. However, this error rarely occurs.

• The Company will give compensation or act accordingly if a user is proven honest in the investigation.
• Users may request to recover any lost or modified item due to a technical error within 15 days from the lost or modified date if the corresponding data is confirmed by the administrative team.
• Any consumable, time-limit and/or used items cannot be recovered.
• Any unsaved game data cannot be recovered.
• Users may request to recover any lost or deleted character(s) in level 10 or above within 10 days from the lost or deleted date. Users may re-use the name of the lost or deleted characters in levels 10 or above after the first monthly system maintenance conducted from the lost or deleted date. If the routine maintenance was not performed due to reasons beyond the Company’s control, please contact Zemi via SUPPORT / 1:1 Inquiry at www.zemigame.com.
• For any lost or deleted characters in levels between 1 and 9, any game data related to those characters including characters themselves and character names will be permanently lost or deleted and cannot be recovered.
• Zemi has the right to modify its games and all aspects of characters, items, points and gold, including Zemi Cash to operate and strategize the gaming process with or without a notice to the users.
• Users are responsible for any loss due to their failed acknowledgement of changes in any of the policies or of an official announcement made on Zemi website(s). We encourage all users to visit our websites frequently and periodically for any changes or updates in our policies.

8. Account Management

• The Administration Team will not disclose users' information to other users. Only when there is a request from a government and/or law enforcement in accordance with the procedures prescribed by relevant laws, will there be any such disclosure.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their own accounts and all relevant duties followed by the account policy.
• The Company and Operation Team or Administration Team cannot resolve or assist with any problem with accounts that is caused due to the user's carelessness. Users will also be in charge of the responsibility.
  1. Problems that arise from transfer of user accounts and characters.
  2. Problems that arise from negligent management of a user.
• Users must report immediately of any suspected case of account theft via SUPPORT / 1:1 Inquiry at www.zemigame.com. GMs will process the investigation and update the results to the affected user in a timely manner.

9. Real-Money Trade

• Zemi strictly forbids all users from any monetization and real-money trade while using its game(s) and service(s). User accounts found in violation of the below policies will be temporarily suspended or permanently terminated accordingly as illustrated in Table of Penalties in Section 11.
  All Zemi users must not
  1. Create a character name expressing an intention of trading money or game related products for money.
  2. Create a character name expressing an intention of trading money or game related products for money.
  3. Create a character name which approximates or resembles names and addresses of real cash trading site.
  4. Chat or message other users to encourage trade for money.
  5. Post a random city name, a number or a phone number repeated on the message board and/or in a chat room.
  6. Trade game items/accounts for another game items/account (including all of Zemi games).
  7. Trade game items/ accounts between the servers.
• Any game items and/or products traded for real money will be seized by the Administrative Team.

10. Anti-Fraud Policy

• A fraudulent activity means to intentionally cheat another user to gain unlawful profit. Such activity is strictly prohibited and is punishable by law.
• Zemi is not responsible for any loss incurred due to fraudulent activities and the account of the accused will be terminated from using our services. GMs will not be involved in any disputes related to fraud issues. However, if an investigation concludes the issue to be a minor violation of Company policy, then GMs may interfere to take appropriate actions.

11. Table of Penalties

• The below tables display the list of violations that could destroy the credibility of the game. The judgment of the GMs will be used for applying the corresponding penalties.
• For violation of policies that are not listed in the Table of Penalties on Unified Account, restrictions on individual service websites and game service will apply.
• Restrictions on individual service websites and game service can be applied accumulatively and each additional violation will result an aggravated penalty.
• For simultaneous violations of two or more policies, GMs will apply the penalty equivalent to the sum of corresponding penalties to the offenses.
• Cash item purchase restriction is usually used as a penalty on unified account however GMs may apply the restriction if they find it necessary for proper operation of the game system.

12. Complaints

• Users may access the main web page at www.zemigame.com and submit a complaint via SUPPORT / 1:1 Inquiry.
• Zemi’s customer service hours of operations are from 10 am to 7 pm KST from Monday through Friday except weekends and Korean national holidays.
• Zemi will communicate with users who filed complaints in writing and/or in actions to resolve the complaints.

13. Recommendation System

• Any user account found to be abusing the system in order to gain extra Bonus Points will be terminated without a warning.
