 Hello, The wait time varies depending on the volume of new and existing tickets and on the complexity of the issue. For an investigation request, it may take 2-3 days separately for us to complete the investigation phase before reaching a resolution. Here are some advice for you to take to shorten the waiting time. 1) Please do not submit more than one ticket on the same issue. 2) Please provide as much detail as possible in your report  (You may include visual aids such as screenshots and video files describing your problem.) 3) Please ensure that you provide us with complete and accurate information. if you edit your unanswered inquiry to change or add a missing information, your inquiry may be pushed back in a queue. 4) Please make sure to brows FAQs and self-help tools before submitting an inquiry. Please note that we do not accept support requests via telephone, however you may fax your request. We would like to ask for your patience to ensure quality service. Thank you.  |
