 I received a CRC error message during the installation. |
Hello, First of all, CRC is short for Cyclick Redundancy check, a technology which detects the errors in data exchanged in networks. The error may occur for many reasons. The installation file may have been corrupted during or after the download, a move, or a copy of the file due to a system or network error. Please check for any hard disk driver error, then remove the game client. Download the client again from the game website again to re-install the game. We also encourage all users to have the current antivirus software scanning their PCs regularly. Thank you and we hope to see you in-game soon. |
