Hello, Installing the most recent graphic card driver fixes the problem in most cases. If the problem persists, please configure the network adapter settings as below. 1.Select ''''''''Property'''''''' after right-clicking on ''''''''My Computer'''''''' icon. 2.Select ''''''''Hardware'''''''' then, ''''''''Device Manager'''''''' located near the middle of the list of Hardware items. 3.Double-clicking on Network Adapter from the list of Device Manager items to generate a new item. 4.Double-click on the new item and select ''''''''Advanced''''''''. 5. Select checksum offload(Total Hardware Checksum) located on the left side of the Advanced window. Look for a new value in the right or bottom part of the window. Select to disable the value and confirm.
If the above method does not solve the problem, please check the below most common reasons behind the random crashes. 1. Please check your Internet connection. Slow or unresponsive Internet connection may have resulted frequent disconnects. If you did not find any problem with you Internet connection, please submit a technical inquiry at www.zemigame.com. Make sure to include the specific location of the map and possibly a screenshot. 3. If you suspect that a certain actions in-game is the disconnect reason, there is a possibility that the associated client file is damaged. Re-installing the game solves the problem in most cases. 4. If you are disconnected when your character is in a crowded space in-game, slow Internet connection and low system specifications are reasons for disconnect.
