Installation	It takes a long time to load the game / the images.
Hello, The game lag problems may occur due to several different internal and external environment factors which affect the game system. Please refer to the checklist below and see if any applies to you. 1) Network / Internet connectivity issues - Please contact your Internet service provider to troubleshoot your Internet connections. You may be experiencing a temporary connection outage due to network maintenance performed by your service provider. 2) Multiple applications in use at once (i.e. online messenger and music player.) - Having too many programs running at the same time on your computer will slow the system down. Please identify any unneeded processes or any that consumes too many resources and avoid using them while you play the game. 3) Low specification PC - Please check if your PC supports the minimum / requirement specifications and make sure to install up-to-date graphics and audio drivers. - If your PC meets the required specifications, please check your Firewall settings and/or scan your system for any virus / spyware infections. Also, it is advisable to clean your registry regularly using a system tool. 4) Game server issues. - We are trying our best to fix any problems with the server as soon as possible whenever they arise randomly and often unexpectedly. We will notify you of any technical issues with the server via our website and in-game announcement. Thank you and we hope to see you in-game soon.
