Hello, If you believe your account is hacked, you need to file a report via our Customer Service page on www.zemigame.com. Click on Submit an Inquiry or Inquiry tab near the top of the screen, then scroll down to select Account Recovery. You need to prove ownership by providing us the following information accurately. 1) IP address you used to register 2) Any transaction ID associated with the account Please note that we cannot perform recovery and/or the processing time may take longer if you provide us insufficient or false information.
